All bikes are collected approximately 2 weeks before the event start date, and we aim to return them to you within 2 weeks after the event end date, subject to logistics and ferries.
Customers are required to drop off and collect a bike at the prescribed times.
If any bike is NOT collected within THREE days of the prescribed collection date or by prior arrangement, there will be a £30 a week charge levied to cover the cost of storage and insurance, until the bike is collected.
Please ensure you bring a minimum of 4 straps per bike and supply your own cling wrap.
All bikes and kit are loaded onto stillages – there are 2 customers per 1 stillage.
Stillage shares are never guaranteed and are subject to carnet allocations.
For collections other than Thakeham we need 20 bikes per drop to make this viable, if not then the bikes will have to be dropped at our Yard in Thakeham, West Sussex or you will need to book UK Transport. You will not be able to book the Lymm Services / Donington / Aberdeen return whilst you are at the circuit, it must be done prior to the event due to logistics.
To request your location, please respond to your booking emails or complete your event information pack and send it to us at bookings@focusedevents.com.
Please ensure that you bring a piece of A4 paper that clearly states your full name, and your event location, and is laminated (inside a sealed clear plastic wallet will also suffice if a laminator isn’t available).
This needs to be placed on the outside of the stillage.
Please note, there are no toilet facilities on site. There are multiple service stations en route to us here in Thakeham so please plan your journey appropriately.
Please note that we have a no-littering policy. Anyone found to be leaving litter behind will be fined accordingly.

You may select your desired chosen transport locations along with booking, you will not be charged until we confirm collection is an option.

If you would like to arrange for an alternative mid-week bike drop at the Thakeham Yard ONLY, please contact the office to get something arranged. Please note ALL mid-week bike drop offs are £30 PER bike and Wednesdays ONLY between 9:30am and 3:30pm.
