BMW Motorrad Performance Academy

The BMW Motorrad Performance Academy (BMWPA) is designed for riders who want to take their skills to the next level in a safe, structured and professional environment.

Set at the iconic Mallory Park circuit, the programme combines expert coaching with the latest technology, including on-board video analysis. Your instructor will review your riding footage with you, providing detailed feedback to help you understand and refine your technique.

Out on circuit, you’ll benefit from live, real-time instruction via our instructor-to-rider Bluetooth communication system, allowing you to apply that feedback immediately while riding.

All of this takes place whilst riding the class-leading BMW Motorrad machines, including the S1000RR.

What is BMWPA?

BMWPA is a fully coached, track-based rider development programme led by top-level instructors, including British Superbike race winners and national champions.

It’s built around a clear, progressive structure, helping riders improve confidence, control and consistency on track, regardless of their riding ability.

NEW FOR 2026!

This year, the Academy introduces a two-tier structure:

Level 1 – Designed for first-time attendees, focusing on core skills, circuit understanding and building confidence

Level 2 – Available to returning riders, building on Level 1 knowledge with more advanced coaching, deeper analysis and enhanced on-track development

For 2026, the Academy also takes a major step forward with the introduction of on-board video analysis and real-time rider to instructor Bluetooth communication.

This means you won’t just be told how to improve… you’ll see it, hear it and apply it instantly while riding.

What to Expect on the Day

Your day begins with a comprehensive briefing covering circuit layout, safety procedures, overtaking etiquette and key reference points. From there, the day follows a structured timetable, with each session designed to build your skills progressively.

Throughout the day, you’ll benefit from:

  • On-board video analysis – review your riding in detail with your instructor
  • Live rider – instructor Bluetooth comms – receive real-time coaching while on track
  • Structured debriefs – clear, actionable feedback after key sessions
  • Professional photography – high-quality images to take away from your experience

With limited group sizes, you’ll enjoy plenty of track time alongside focused, personalised coaching.
