Terms and Conditions

Please note that you will receive an automated confirmation email once you have completed the online booking form. We will then send you a SECOND CONFIRMATION email with timings and how we run our events. If you DO NOT receive this SECOND CONFIRMATION email within 3 working days, please contact us, as we cannot guarantee your place.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, transfers or cancellations within ten days of the event.

Any name changes, transfer of places and cancellations outside of ten days of the event are subject to a 15% administration fee.

Please note that we, Focused Events, reserve the right to change requested driver groups and driving structure without prior notice.

Focused Events are not responsible for any adverse weather conditions that may affect circuit availability.

Please note: there is a £10 surcharge for on the day bookings, and we cannot guarantee there will be a space.

Bookings made as a deposit for UK events with a debit or credit card with the request to pay on the day will be debited for the full amount of the event if attendance is not met.

If payment is made by credit card there will be a 1.95% additional charge for this type of payment. Debit cards incur no additional charge.

Requirements for Participation

You must bring both parts of your full current UK car driving licence issued by the DVLA and present it at registration. You must be 18 years of age or older.

All drivers must wear at all times whilst on circuit:

Full body clothing

A helmet that meets BSI 6658 type A and the ACU gold stamp

Vehicles

Must be in track worthy condition. No "open wheels" are permitted. All cars must have working lights if fitted. MSV circuits require working brake lights on all vehicles. Focused Events reserve the right to refuse track access to vehicles that are not considered suitable and no refund or credit will be given.

Safety Briefing

You will need to attend a safety briefing before driving on any event which are held after the signing on has finished. Should you miss this then you will need to wait until after 10am for the next opportunity to have the safety briefing completed.

Car Hire

When you hire one of our hire cars you are guaranteed exclusive use of the car for 20 mins out of each hour the circuit is open.In the event of an incident which causes the vehicle unusable or undrivable no refund or part refund will be offered. In the event of a mechanical breakdown a part refunded credit note may be arranged.In the event of a mechanical breakdown caused by the driver no refund, credit note or continuation will occur. Where fault is disputed an independant assessor will be called to determine where fault lies.Weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the circuit will effect time allocated for car hire.A collision damge excess waiver of £1000.00 shall be deposited before use of the vehicle commences. This amount will be subject to deductions if damage / collision occurs. Focused Events reserve the right to refuse access to the vehicle should we deem any person unfit to drive safely or is driving in an aggressive / competative manner.

Hire Cars

You are able to hire a car through ourselves for this day. We are no longer allowing the use of hire cars from other companies on our days for safety and insurance reasons.

F1 Club

Brands Hatch GP events will be limited to 10 free 9th day slots per event.

Season Tickets

Refunds cannot be made either part or fully after 14 days of purchase. Within this period refunds will be subject to 10% deduction.

It is not possible to transfer the ticket to a different name after 14 days from purchase.

The trackday's are for the named ticket holder only.

All the allocation of trackdays are applicable from Jan-Dec of the year purchased.

Cancellation of dates booked are subject to our standard policy.

Times of Arrival

Day Times

Signing on starts at 7.30 am

Safety Briefing is 8.30. Any driver who misses the safety briefing will miss their first session and will need to attend the next briefing which will be after 10am.

Evening Sessions

Signing on starts at 4pm

Safety briefing is at 5pm. Any driver who misses the safety briefing will miss their first session

No animals are allowed at any of our track days

Only one "extra driver" per car is permitted on Open Pitlane events
